Saints and Sinners Reviews

A small Irish town is the setting for this British production. Moore is a resident who has served two years in prison for theft. But he's innocent and is determined to prove it to the town's residents. Manahan, his former fiancee, has become engaged to a local banker in the wake of his disgrace, but Moore vows to win her back. The film showcases an unusual mix of Irish traditions, folktales, and superstitions, all within the context of an ordinary plot line. However, it never quite achieves the level it aims for, and the result is a disappointing comedy.
