Maynard is jailed for a crime he did not commit, suspects a frame-up, and breaks out of jail to clear his name. Further accusations are thrown at the hero when a stagecoach is robbed and its driver killed. On a hunch about who is behind it all, Maynard kidnaps Dade, the bride-to-be of the villain. He clears his name after gun battles and fistfights, and wins Dade in the end.
