Eric Schaeffer ("If Lucy Fell") wrote, directed and stars in this bittersweet roundelay about five disparate, seemingly unrelated people from across the country who rendezvous in New York City. Among them is Alan King, who gives an impressive and impressionable performance in what was his final big-screen appearance. Singer-songwriter Jill Sobule costars, and a number of her tunes are featured on the soundtrack. Elizabeth Reaser, John Heard, Charles Parnell.
