Lucky in Love Reviews

Downey is the singing American stableboy for wealthy Irishman Hobbes. Lawford is Hobbes' granddaughter and love interest for Downey. He eventually goes back to America, where his singing is noticed by Sorin, a department store owner. He immediately puts the tenor behind the music counter. Meanwhile, Keith-Johnston twitches his mustache and prepares to foreclose on Lawford's estate. Songs include: "Love is a Dreamer," "For the Likes O' You and Me," "When They Sing `The Wearing of the Green' in Syncopated Blues" (Bud Green, Sam M. Stept).
