Law of the Golden West Reviews

Hale, as a young Buffalo Bill Cody, is intent on finding out who murdered his father. With only a hotel room key as a clue, he sets out to find the persons responsible for the killing, which took place during a train robbery. The key eventually leads him to unscrupulous lawyer Holland and chief villain Barcroft. Hale had dispensed with "singing cowboy" roles at this point. This film was cleverly constructed to make use of Republic's excess footage from its bigger budgeted productions.
