A documentary-styled action film starring Fong as a martial arts expert and police lieutenant out to avenge the rape-murder of his wife. With the help of government agent Roundtree, Fong tracks down the killers--a gang of gunrunners led by the sadistic Mitchell. Producer-director-writer-cameraman-editor Harris must have been too busy to realize that KILLPOINT is incredibly boring. The martial arts sequences are more poorly photographed than usual for this kind of pic, and there is so much violence that it becomes laughable.
