Hidden Guns Reviews

Father and son law enforcers Arlen and Young set out to reform a community influenced by gambler Bennett. After Arlen is gunned down, Young tries to bring about Bennett's downfall and is pitted against him in a duel. He notices a hidden sniper, however, but still is able to outshoot the baddies. Carradine is exceptional as Bennett's cold-blooded hired gunman, and country/western music star Young is equally effective. One of the more interesting angles in this film is the use of a choral group as a comment on the action. Erich von Stroheim, Jr., the son of the great director, served as assistant director.
