The only notable feature of this film is that it has an all-black cast. Made in the 1930s specifically for black audiences, it concerns a lad who rises to control the rackets in Harlem. He meets a sweet nightclub singer and falls in love. Before he can change his ways and marry the beautiful singer, a rival gang tries to muscle into his territory and shotguns our hero to death.
