Charlie Chan's Courage Reviews

The courage mentioned in the title must have been Oland's in making it through this one. The script requires him to assume the disguise of a Chinese servant and for the most part stand around, while looking suspicious and snooping for a murderer. The plot revolves around a pearl necklace that is sold for delivery to a millionaire at his ranch. Chan's job is to deliver the necklace, but a murder is committed, prompting the sleuth to don his disguise. Story may please some but it is not deluxe material.
