A surprisingly engrossing low-budget soap about Fawdon, a Greek mother living in Sydney, Australia. After her three-year-old is abducted and returned to Greece by her father, Fawdon turns to the media for assistance. A tough newspaper editor with a heart devotes his time to her dilemma, printing her story in his daily. An issue film based on a true story that fortunately avoids preachiness.
