After showing her comedic chops in Bridesmaids, the former Damages star plays a new mom who, in addition to adjusting to parenthood with her husband (Seth Rogen), is in for an even bigger shock when a frat moves in next door. Byrne's character spends much of the film plotting revenge with her husband, but is also envious that the years of her unattached youth are in the past.

Who's more terrifying: Walter White or Godzilla? In his first post-Breaking Bad screen role, Cranston plays Joe Brody, the father of Aaron Taylor-Johnson's character who works at the nuclear plant that explodes in 1999 and threatens to release radiation. In the intervening years, Joe becomes obsessed with finding out what caused the destruction of the plant — even if that means death.

Hamm trades in a Madison Avenue boardroom for a baseball stadium in this drama based on actual events. The Mad Men star plays real-life sports agent J.B. Bernstein, who travels to India to recruit baseball players through a reality competition he created called Million Dollar Arm. The film chronicles the development of Rinku Singh (Suraj Sharma) and Dinesh Patel (Madhur Mittal), who won the competition in 2008 and subsequently became the first two Indian men to sign professional sports contracts in the United States.

Peter Dinklage, Shawn Ashmore, Evan Peters and Anna Paquin, X-Men: Days of Future Past Ashmore (The Following) and Paquin (True Blood) reprise their respective roles as Iceman and Rogue for the first time since 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand. Paquin's role has been cut down to that of a cameo (but better than nothing, right?). Game of Thrones' Dinklage joins the franchise as Bolivar Trask, the creator of the Sentinels who are designed to destroy mutants, while Peters (American Horror Story) will bring the supersonic speedster Quicksilver to life.

Seth MacFarlane, Neil Patrick Harris and Sarah Silverman, A Million Ways to Die in the West Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane plays Albert, a sheep farmer in the Old West who loses his fickle girlfriend Louise (Amanda Seyfried) when he chickens out of a gunfight. She turns to the much more successful Foy, played by How I Met Your Mother's Neil Patrick Harris, who runs the town's fancy "moustachery." Finally, comedian Sarah Silverman gets raunchy as usual when she takes on the role of Ruth, a prostitute who won't have sex with her own fiance (Giovanni Ribisi) because, you know, they're not married yet.

Offerman reprises his role as Deputy Chief Hardy in this 21 Jump Street sequel, delivering his lines with the same disinterest and condescension fans love in his Parks and Recreation character, Ron Swanson. "Ladies, no one gave a sh-- about the Jump Street reboot, but you got lucky" Offerman deadpans. And even though he's Jenko and Schmidt's superior, here's hoping we get to see more of Hardy getting in on the action because there really is no such thing as too much Offerman.

The Parks and Recreation funnyman got into superhero shape for this comic book adaptation. Pratt plays Peter Quill, otherwise known as Star-Lord, the leader of a rag-tag group of extraterrestrials who realize it's their duty to save the galaxy. Yet even with that responsibility, Quill remains a kid at heart — just one who's also an alien-fighting badass.

Set in a dystopian 2031, the world has been plunged into a new Ice Age after an experiment to counteract global warming goes awry. The survivors live in a caste-driven society in which the elites live in the front of a perpetual motion train, while the lower-class eke out an existence in the tail end. Curtis (Chris Evans) is the leader of the latest tail revolt to take over the train, and his second-in-command is Edgar, played by Turn star Jamie Bell. The Newsroom's Alison Pill is Teacher, who instructs the upper class kids on the train and has a surprisingly violent side when she's pushed to defend what she thinks is right.

The Newsroom star and the Community alum will take a walk on the horror side in this film about a New York cop (Eric Bana) who is convinced by a priest that he's been pulled into a demon-related case. The unlikely duo work together to solve the case and fight the paranormal forces they're up against. In the film, McHale plays a soldier possessed by the devil and Munn plays his wife.

Melissa McCarthy, Allison Janney, Sandra Oh and Mark Duplass, Tammy McCarthy (who also co-wrote the film) stars as the title character, a down-on-her-luck woman who embarks on a road trip with her foul-mouthed grandmother Pearl (Susan Sarandon) after losing a job and finding out that her husband is having an affair with their neighbor. Mom star Janney doesn't stray too far from her small-screen role, playing Tammy's mother. Duplass (The League, The Mindy Project) and Oh, fresh off her exit from Grey's Anatomy, have small roles as people Tammy and Pearl encounter on their travels.

Keri Russell's most high-profile big-screen turn since Mission: Impossible III reunites the actress with director Matt Reeves, who co-created Felicity. In the sequel to 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes, the Americans star plays Ellie, one of a few humans who survived the release of a deadly virus a decade prior and are now battling the apes to decide who will be the dominant species on Earth. Maybe she can teach them Russian?

Will Arnett and Whoopi Goldberg, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles In this darker, action-packed reboot of the legendary cartoon, Arnett (The Millers) plays the ambitious but shy cameraman to April (Megan Fox), who both end up helping the Turtles fight crime. Goldberg (The View) plays their boss at the news station.

If you didn't get enough of naked Segel in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, then Sex Tape is for you. The How I Met Your Mother alum plays Jay, a man who spices up his marriage to his wife Annie (Cameron Diaz) by filming a sex tape together. Unfortunately, the hapless Jay accidentally uploads the video to the cloud, and thereby sending it to the various iPads the couple gave away as Christmas gifts.

Is a zombie apocalypse worse than a tornado? The Walking Dead alum plays Allison Stone in this "found-footage disaster" film. Told through the eyes (no pun intended) of professional storm chasers, the movie follows a group of high schoolers dealing with the aftermath of an onslaught of tornados that ravage a small town.

Best known for his comedic turns in The Office as well as such big-screen projects as Hot Tub Time Machine, Robinson will show off his dramatic chops playing American funk and soul jazz saxophonist Maceo Parker in this James Brown biopic. Ellis will wipe off the makeup and ditch the blood-sucking vampires on True Blood to step into the shoes of Bobby Byrd, a musical jack-of-all-trades credited with discovering Brown and helped the famous singer develop soul and funk music.

The True Blood star will play the father of the film's lead character, Jonas (Brenton Thwaites), who is selected to be the Receiver of Memory in the highly anticipated film adaptation of the novel. Jonas discovers the truth behind his world's past and why, in their current world, there is no conflict or sickness.

In sequel to 2005's Sin City, Penny Dreadful star Green is Ava Lord, a gorgeous femme fatale who needs help to escape her abusive husband (Marton Csokas) and turns to her former lover Dwight McCarthy (Josh Brolin). But of course she has hidden intentions, which aren't that innocent and are definitely dangerous!

The New Girl stars get out of the apartment to play two best friends who dress up as police officers for a costume party and become neighborhood sensations. Things get complicated when they get entangled into the real life web of mobsters and dirty detectives. The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev and Key & Peele's Keegan-Michael Key also co-star.

Jim Caviezel, Michael Chiklis and Laura Dern, When the Game Stands Tall Are you ready for some football? Caviezel (Person of Interest) plays Bob Ladouceur, the real-life football coach who led the Spartans at De La Salle High School in Concord, Calif., to a record 151-game winning streak from 1992 to 2003 — the all-time record for consecutive victories in any American sport. The Shield alum Chiklis plays assistant coach Terry Eidson and Enlightened's Laura Dern plays Bob's wife Bev.
