Season Eleven of the NBC procedural drama "Law and Order" dramatizes more ongoing chronicles of the NYPD homicide division that investigates crimes and the New York City District Attorney's office responsible for prosecuting them. This season brings back Senior Detective Lennie Briscoe (Jerry Orbach), detective supervisor Anita Van Buren (S.
