A man (Tim McCoy) falsely imprisoned for cattle ranching escapes to seek justice against the man who framed him. Marion Shilling, Joseph Sauers (Sawyer), Hooper Atchley, John H. Dilson.

McCoy stars as a rodeo cowboy who buys a ranch, only to find himself in the middle of a battle with a cattle rustler. The culprit is taking not only his animals, but also those of Shilling, a neighboring ranch owner and the rustler's boss. A murder is pinned on McCoy but after plenty of scrapping and shooting he clears his name and paves the way for a future with Shilling.
