This documentary tells the story of one of the decisive battles of the American Civil War. The film focuses on the military strategies of one of the greatest military minds of all time: Confederate General Robert E. Lee. This battle was fought from May 1 to May 5, 1863, and showed Lee's skill and training: many of his maneuvers we were based those of Napoleon. Some of the forces held the central position while "Fightin" Joe Hooker led troops up the Rappahannock River. This event marked the beginning of the end for the elite level of commanders in Lee's Army of Northern Virginia.
