Hat, Coat and Glove Reviews

Cortez, a lawyer, witnesses the suicide of a woman at the home of an artist with whom his wife, Robbins, is having an affair. The artist, Beal, is accused of murder and Cortez agrees to defend him only on the condition that he and Robbins stop their affair. The courtroom scenes drag on and none of it is worth the effort. Originally intended as a vehicle for John Barrymore who stepped down due to bad health.
