Circus Friends Reviews

Unable to pay the rental fee on a farmer's field, struggling circus owner Horsley gives the farmer the pet pony of Coleshill and White. The children steal the pony back and hide it, and the next day the pony gives such a successful performance that Horsley is able to pay the farmer the money owed him and get the pony back for good. Okay children's film by the team of Rogers and Thomas, who would begin making the "Carry On" series two years later, to continue for another twenty years. Released in England in 1956.
