At the Drunken Clam, Quagmire informs Peter about what Lois has been doing and he confronts his wife for her sex shows. Lois can no longer do sex shows for Joe and she goes to a military hospital by pretending to be a nurse, but she gets arrested. Lois sees that Peter was also arrested for an incident at Lululemon. Peter apologizes to Lois and the two are able to reignite their sex drive. Meanwhile, Stewie is given a toy jeep by his grandparents; he starts to enjoy the jeep but Brian accidentally throws up all over the jeep. Stewie tries to remove the vomit and he realizes that owning a toy jeep is harder than he has expected. Stewie burns the jeep with gasoline and he is given a sum of money by the insurance man.

Peter, Quagmire, and Cleveland help Old West escape from jail by using the Trojan Bosch on Joe. Unfortunately, Joe notices the ruse and Old West's escape. At Wild's ranch, Old West reveals to his son that he didn't want him to be an outlaw like him. Wild soon reconciles with his father and he shoots him in the leg. Old West leaves Rhode Island and he goes to Utah to meet up with his other son.

Peter and Lois reconcile.

At the pool party, Stephanie accidentally pushes Lois into the swimming pool during a game of football with Peter. Stephanie clears up the misunderstanding and she reveals to Lois that she was only trying to help her back in middle school and she created a charitable organization in her honor. Lois soon makes peace over the incident and she reconciles with Stephanie.

Meg stays in Russia with Ivan and the two get married, but she soon learns that her marriage to Ivan is actually a green card marriage so that he can go to the United States. Meg becomes upset and she uses Ivan's phone to post negative messages on social media. Ivan is soon killed for supposedly posting the negative comments and Meg goes back to the United States. Meanwhile, Lois persuades Chris to join a club or activity at Adam West High. Chris soon learns that his principal is filming adult films at the school and he helps him film the movies. But Lois finds out about Chris' activity and she reports the incident to the school board. Chris immediately defends Sheppard's actions and he is let off the hook.
