That's Amore

Tess is drugged by Sam's girlfriend who then tries to get him to commit suicide; Woody is reunited with his possible son; Josh's returns to active duty and discovers a dead body in the toilets; Abs & Nina are back on again.

Paper Moon

A patient of Guppy's Dad presents with symptoms of undiagnosed cancer; Selina finally rids herself of Will - from a great height.

Sticks and Stones

New boy Simon starts on ambulance duty, but is he all he claims to be?; Nina struggles to tell Abs about her sexuality; a ghost Hunter presents with fake symptoms but is diagnosed with a real illness.

All's Fair in Love and War

The team save the life of a small girl who falls into a freezer; Woody's first day out with his son goes badly; Bruno cashes in on a patient with a tape worm; Ellen's new sex target is Harry.

Episode 8

For Better or Worse

A toddler is brought in with hypothermia having fallen into a chest freezer. Tess is already back at work following her near death experience at the hands of Sam's insane girlfriend. When a woman is admitted with the very rare Guinea Worm, Bruno takes full advantage of the money making opportunity. An Asian woman is admitted with facial injuries and a man with a throat blockage. Woody takes his son out for the day but stupidly takes an ambulance as his mode of transport, is chanced upon by Josh who gives him a final warning. Ellen steps in to help a stressed out and lonely Harry with his large number of children.

Episode 9

Teacher's Pet/Crash and Burn

In part 1, "Teacher's Pet" Josh, Nina, Comfort, Luke & Woody give first aid demonstrations to the often unruly pupils at a local rough area Farmead school. Back at the Casualty department, Harry, Abs, Kelsey, Bruno, Selena, Ellen, Guppy, Maggie & Tess deal with a sword swallower. At the school Nina catches a male teacher kissing a girl pupil and a Halloween party prank results in two girls getting acid burns. Rumbled, the teacher is attacked by yobbish boys who then steal the ambulance he's being treated in. In part 2 "Crash and Burn", while the boys in the back try to inflict more injuries on the teacher & Comfort, Josh gives chase and puts his motorbike in front of the ambulance causing Casualty's 163rd car crash and more casualties including a man with a pre-existing heart condition & a woman who may be pregnant. Back at the E.D., a man suffering the effects of over self medicating for Parkinson's is brought in by his date.

Big Bang Theory

A gang of racists uses fireworks to attack an Asian family. One of the thugs is admitted to hospital, where Guppy becomes the target of abuse. UKTV.

Love and Duty

A gay love triangle involving soldiers and police leads to an attempted monoxide job; Guppy is beaten in the car park by the racist homophobic thugs featured in this and the previous episode.

Episode 12

Antisocial Behaviour

Guppy soldiers on even with his injuries; Selina warns Harry to beware of Ellen.

Episode 13

Getting Involved

Abs is unwilling to go to the police about Guppy's beating, even though he was aware it was happening; Bruno's money making schemes now involve hiding a patient's records; a land owner and two gypsies are badly injured during an attempted eviction; the DNA test proves Woody is not the boy's dad.

Episode 14

Skin Deep

Bruno's money making activities now extend to providing an undertaker with business; Nina falls in a muddy puddle; Guppy's dad is the racist thugs' latest victim and Harry is recalled from holiday to save his life.

Enough's Enough

Abs tells an angry Nina he is going to testify against the racist gang.

Episode 16

Do They Know It's Christmas?

Nina says no to Bruno who takes revenge by circulating a rumour he and she are lovers; the new casualty admin man makes Harry want to resign but Ellen changes his mind then moves in for a snog; Guppy's terminally ill dad asks Guppy to end his life.

Casualty @ Holby City: Deny Thy Father - Part 1

In part 1 of another two part link up between Casualty & Holby City, regulars from both series come together when eight vehicles crash in a tunnel. Crash vehicles include two taxis with warring drivers; Nick Jordan with Donna Jackson, Kelsey & Woody on board; Charlie and his latest girlfriend; a van carrying chemicals and a mini bus. Following the crash convoy, Selina is first to arrive at the scene and is joined by Maggie, Josh, Luke & a massive fire brigade crew. Back at Holby, Harry, Ric Griffin, Connie Beauchamp and Tess are among those who deal with incoming wounded. This is another episode omitted from U&Drama rerun, April 2025. Episode 18

Out of Your Depth

Jas begs Guppy for help, Tess uncovers Bruno's racket and Harry realises Ellen's offer of support is not all it seems. UKTV.

Episode 19

Poisoned Love

An addict breaks into a surgery and assaults the doctor when he can't find drugs; his alcoholic girlfriend uses her ten year old son to steal booze for her; Guppy gives in to his father's plea for a lethal injection but sees the error of his ways. Harry tries to cool it with Ellen but she doesn't give up that easily; Bruno raises more cash by selling a vaccination to a holidaymaker.

Crossing the Line

As Jas becomes increasingly distressed, Guppy pleads with Harry to help. Bruno's underhand dealings trouble his conscience. UKTV.

The Things We Do for Love

Admin fool Nathan's mother is treated but her x rays get mixed up and she is discharged prematurely by Harry; a reporter is on the lookout for a juicy story so Bruno records arch enemy Maggie venting her opinions.

It's a Man Thing

Harry drives Ellen to work but they are seen by Bruno who spreads the news to all that they are lovers; as well as selling prescription pads, Bruno is performing Botox and piercings for cash in hand - he is caught by Kelsey who demands a Botox in return for her silence. An impressed Nathan asks Selina for a date.

Trust in Me

When an expectant mother crashes off road her 10 year old son must deliver the baby with a video link to Harry; the heroic boy is then knocked down by a police car. Ellen plays the pregnancy card with Harry.

Out of the Past

Bruno is finally brought to justice when an old lady dies of a Coproxamol overdose; Ellen proves to Nina she is pregnant.

Episode 25

The Lost Boys

Sam decides he wants to become a paramedic when he tends a boy with a broken ankle. Harry accepts the truth about Ellen, and Nathan apologises to Maggie. UKTV.

Worlds Apart

Amongst a cast of druggies acting as hit men; hookers and nuns, Harry proposes to Ellen who of course says yes then takes full control of him.

An unstable woman endangers the lives of those around her, prompting Selena to consider resigning after failing to section her. UKTV.

Nathan goes on the warpath after his needle-stick injury, while Kelsey takes bets on Greg's sexuality. Plus, a prankster gets trapped in a car boot.
