Episode 1
Holding the Baby
Finn, Josh and new arrival Nikki crash their ambulance with Josh driving. There is a fatality among the occupants of the other vehicle. New paramedic Nikki's view is that Josh was at fault. The other new paramedic Comfort has to attend an awkward scenario at a stag night involving a transsexual. Charlie pays a visit to expectant and bereaved Duffy - she tells him she isn't sure if she wants to come back to work then goes into labour. Charlie delivers her third son. Randy Patrick has at last found sexual release with a married lady cop who's looking into apportioning blame for the ambulance crash.

Dirty Laundry
Josh is suspended from driving re. the outcome of the hearing. A holiday maker is admitted with a delayed case of the bends. Unaware the person has had gender reassignment, love starved receptionist Jack makes a date with Delight. The department is full of the news of Australian woman doctor starting imminently. Collette's daughter Natalie tells Collette she's pregnant but doesn't want to see her again.

All's Fair
A motorcyclist robs a petrol station, shoots the cashier then prangs his bike. New doctor Lara Stone is a pretty woman who inspires the lust of Dillon, Jack & Patrick even though she's a smoker. Charlie has joined what a woman patient calls 'a mating agency' and matches up with latest admin lady Jan. It's history repeating for Max as his girlfriend has a drug addict son whom he is keen to help. Max has to have a word when he bumps into Chloe who has a second job waitressing. A man not happy that his ex-wife is dating someone else deliberately provokes her allergic reaction.
