A single mum disappears, leaving Charlie holding the baby, Chloe struggles to make ends meet and two burglars make it a busy night at Holby A&E.

Accidents Happen
Holby A&E is at full stretch coping with the victims of an explosion at the scene of a road accident, Colette decides to teach Patrick a lesson and Charlie returns to work.

Getting to Know You
Patrick successfully resuscitates a small boy who has electrocuted himself while being looked after by his mum's boyfriend. A man on a blind date suffers a nose injury. A drinking man's too young to drive daughter takes the wheel because her dad is pissed resulting in Casualty car crash #84. Unfortunately the girl is also a trainee piss artist. Charlie tells Duffy that he will be looking after his son Louis because wife Baz has accepted a full time job in Canada. Max has fixed Holly up for a date at a posh restaurant with a journalist and jealous Patrick is keen to learn all the details. Aggressive Barney has a go at recovering alcoholic porter Spencer. Adam's boyfriend proposes to him. Holly is indiscreet about Adam's HIV status to the journalist.

Holly is feeling very subdued and guilty after her conversation with the Holby Gazette journalist the previous night.

The news that Adam's HIV status has become common knowledge rocks Holby A&E, while Chloe takes on an old enemy and Josh puts his life at risk on a cliff face.

A married woman who is having an affair with a Councillor is compromised when there is a gas explosion at the hotel they are staying at.

Charlie hires a lawyer to get custody of Louis. A man threatens to jump off a roof if the paramedics don't help his brother.

Ambulance Chaser
The ambulance hits a 15 year old boy. He tells them his girlfriend is having a baby in a cabin. When they find her, they are shocked that she is much older than the boy.

Scent of the Roses
Max stages a RTA with volunteers for victims. Charlie is advised not to fight Baz, or she may withhold Louie from him. Holly gets a rose and a note stuck to her door from a secret admirer.

Breaking Point
Duffy is recovering from a potential miscarriage & Andrew tells her he now wants their baby. Holly is under surveillance by her stalker who now has access to her car. A protective Penny warns Collette off Josh. Diane Holland appears as virtually the same character she portrayed in Hi De Hi. A French exchange student collapses but his hosts don't know he's a diabetic. A teacher with a foot injury & a grievance is unhappy with Holly's diagnosis but is swinging the lead. A big RTA causes many incoming wounded so Charlie closes the department which makes Dan very angry.

Lost and Found
Amy's childminder gets in an accident with Milo in the car. There is an explosion, but where is Milo? Annie, a student nurse starts today. Holly's stalker calls her again.

Kindness of Strangers
Holly is getting scared now, as someone has entered her house, ran a bath for her and left. Patrick was going to drive her home, but his tires are slashed. Tom volunteers to take her.

Only You
The stalker is revealed. Holly hurts him and he ends up in hospital.

Allied Forces
Rob finds himself tied to a tree, wearing a bear costume. The farmer's son tries to help him, but the car starts to roll down the hill, and Davey gets his leg hurt. Then his dad comes along, and drives into Rob's legs.

After contacting her long lost father and meeting a brother she didn't know she had, Penny gets a letter from her father. He wants no contact with her.
Episode 33
The Long Road Home
Finn drives Penny to her fathers farm so she can confront him. Chloe takes Barney to a wrestling match. A fire breaks out while Chloe and an elderly woman are in the washroom.

Mix and Match
The elderly lady from the fire has died and left everything to Chloe. Two woman fight over a man, and a modeling career is over. Patrick apologizes to Holly for his attitude about her stalker.

Breaking the Spell: Part One
Penny's last day. Colette meets her long lost daughter. Holly goes to her car and all the windows are broken. Then Tom creeps up on her and they struggle. Holly falls and hits her head.

Breaking the Spell: Part Two
Tom, now completely insane with his obsession with Holly, trolleys her unconscious to an abandoned ward of the hospital where he administers his own special brand of love which involves attacking Andrew to avoid capture. Patrick hunts down former colleague and love rival Ed in the mistaken belief he is Holly's abductor. Collette has a difficult meeting with the daughter she gave up for adoption. Finn finds the schoolgirl who believes she is cursed with death. Chloe's theoretical massive inheritance from the old woman to whom she and Barney gave first aid is threatened by legal action by the woman's disinherited carer. An old man requests a DNR from Charlie but his son overrules him.
