This is an introduction to their jobs at the casino, and the accountability for poor performance. An apprenticeship. Loose words and casually-hurtful talk among the housemates inject tension into the home. The first meaningful confrontation occurs among crew members. The cast are given the opportunity to learn about life, work, and how to make money doing what you love while staying professional. Topics of sexual harassment bordering are addressed. These depiction represent progressive morality in the early 2000s, and helpfully illustrate to a young audience how to recognize and address inappropriate behavior from friends, bosses, and authority figures. Dignity and respect for others and oneself are a theme throughout. Integrating differences in style and maturity of communication are a consistent overtone.
