Melissa McCarthy and comedian Billy Gardell are charming and real as the stars of this engaging sitcom, which continues the romantic relationship of a Chicago teacher and Windy City police officer who met at an Overeaters Anonymous gathering. Season 3 opens with Mike and Molly honeymooning in Paris, where he is inspired to make some life-altering changes that include traveling more extensively, and Molly wonders how their friends and family are faring without them. In the first season came love, in the second came marriage and the third finds the newlyweds deciding they are already ready to put a young occupant in a baby carriage. But procreating hits a snag and a concerned Mike seeks some not-so-expert advice from Carl (Reno Wilson) and Samuel (Nyambi Nyambi) when, after weeks of trying, Molly is still not pregnant. Finally, wannabe-parent Mike takes a crash course in male fertility and heads to a clinic to ensure that he's potent enough to make a mother out of Molly.
