Guppy and Abs go for a massage but Guppy runs out thinking the masseuse is a sex woman; Charlie is reunited with Duffy, but Charlie suspects that Duffy's latest boyfriend, a drinking doctor, may not be all he claims; Guppy saves a boy's life using a woodworker's brace and bit. Meanwhile back in Holby, the new Cambodian doctor gets Maggie and Harry flustered for different reasons, and the piece of road used for all Casualty's road traffic accidents is put into use when a double decker bus full of unruly school children turns over.

After their night of passion, Stitch and Nadia arrive to work together, but Nadia, who is ready to gloat about the night before, is let down when Stitch ignores her at work, and chooses to work with Kelsey instead. Things change later on, when Stitch gives Nadia the opportunity to rekindle the chemistry, but at a much greater cost. A drug dealer uses his girlfriend to help him rob a pharmacy, so he can get a hit, when they later try to rob a house, and she gets injured, he calls an ambulance, in the hope of using the situation to his advantage. When all four paramedics are required at the scene, to compromise with the drug dealer, Dixie puts her self in a dangerous position, but what is she trying to prove, and who is she trying to impress? Maggie finds Selena in the bathroom looking rough, and mistakes her symptoms for a hangover, Selena then reveals that she is late, but Maggie can't convince her to face up to the situation she may be in. After Selena deals with the mother of a son with a terminal illness, she realizes she needs to know what she's dealing with, and Maggie shows up just in time to show her support.

The crew are keen to celebrate Tess' 20 year in the service anniversary, but understandably, Nathan is unenthusiastic.

Selina admininsters to the baby as if it was her own. A distancing Cyd reveals to Greg that she aborted a pregnancy. Guppy brings a hungover Stitch coffee and confesses to his virginity. Stitch gives Nadia the cold shoulder having added her notch to his bedpost. A chef slices his finger off while paying attention to an attractive young female colleague. The drinking mum lodges a complaint against Selena. Stitch works on fixing Guppy up with the attractive young female from the restaurant.

It Never Rains...

Guppy wakes early with his virginity intact and a disappointed lady friend. At a noisy night club, boozed up blokes and gobby girls get involved in a brawl with bouncers. Charlie treats injuries to one of the bouncers but discovers another problem. During heavy rain, one night club drunkard falls into a drain that's been left open for maintenance and a friend follows him. Greg, Cyd and a distressed Guppy attend the scene where an amputation is carried out. Comedy legend Roy Hudd plays an old boy who has a panic attack when an attentive woman friend declares her love - Kelsey plays Cupid. Cyd, tired of being mollycoddled by him, requests of Greg that they end their relationship - Dixie sees hope for herself. Abs & Tess continue to practice their ballroom dancing. Stitch reveals the secret of his excess to Guppy who later samples the goods for himself.
