ABC Family is serving a helping of their new comedy Young & Hungry this Wednesday, June 25 at 8/7c. Produced by High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale, the sitcom follows Josh Kaminski, a young tech genius with a hefty bank account (Jonathan Sadowski), who comes in contact with food blogger Gabi Diamond — played by Disney Channel star Emily Osment — when looking to hire a new personal chef.
Pop star Jesse McCartney is proving he's not just another pretty face by expanding his voice-over résumé. The 23-year-old heartthrob has already racked up several video game credits and provides the high-pitched squeals of Theodore in the Alvin and the Chipmunks movies. Now he's now suiting up as Batman's crime fighting apprentice, Robin, in Cartoon Network's Young Justice. The new series (which had a sneak preview in November and now airs weekly), features a team of second-generation heroes from the pages of DC Comics, including Superboy, Aqualad, Kid Flash and Miss Martian (who is the focus of this week's episode, "Welcome to Happy Harbor").
Heroes' stars Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia have broken up, and the jury is out as to whether it was 12-year age difference or the new man in Panettiere's life — Jesse McCartney. The couple called it quits within the last week, according to Usmagazine.com. The magazine said a source close to the couple explained differing lifestyles were at fault for the split: "They were in very different places."
