Nickelodeon has signed on Zoey 101 alum Victoria Justice, 15, to an overall music and talent deal that will likely ensure her status as the net's next big thing. Justice's deal already has her signed on as the star of a new comedy series from Zoey's creator about a music and performing arts high school — which sound like an unoffensive Fame for the tween set — and as the costar of the upcoming TV movie Spectacular!, which will feature the competitive world of show choirs. While Justice has appeared in shows like Gilmore Girls and Everwood, she's probably best known to tween audiences (and their parents) as Lola Martinez, Zoey's dramatic roommate. Now that the show's had its run (and its star, Jamie Lynn Spears is busy being a new mom), the door's been wide open for a new teen queen on the net. The 16-year-old little sib of Britney has been studying up and passed her GED.Following a brief spell in the spotlight after her pregnancy was announced, a source reveals that the Zoey 101 star passed the GED about a month ago, and is likely moving on to the ACT test for college applications. The source told media, "She's not wasting any time. People don't know her. When she gets something in her head, she'll make it happen. Everybody is so supportive of her." Has 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears' pregnancy prompted Nickelodeon to pull any remaining new episodes of Zoey 101, which was to resume in February? That was the rumor that made rounds Thursday in the wake of a British tabloid's purely speculative article. But a Nick spokesperson assures TVGuide.com that Zoey is safe. "The reports are false," the rep tells us. "The show will air as scheduled."Nick, though, is saying Goodbye Zoey... with a TV-movie airing tonight at 8 pm/ET.

Spears Family in Trouble Again
Just when you thought life couldn’t get any more complicated for the Spears family, the raging California wildfires forced Jamie Lynn to evacuate from her L.A. home. Spears’ Zoey 101 costar Christopher Massey told TV Guide that Britney’s sis has been forced to leave her place in Valencia. "Jamie Lynn called and said, 'We’re not up there anymore because everyone had to evacuate,'" Massey said at the Environmental Media Awards on Oct. 24. "Valencia is where we film so everyone lived in the vicinity of it. I had to call them and ask, 'Are you OK?'"
