Meanwhile, Olivia and Dr. White deal with the medical mystery of a patient who died in the emergency room, only to come back to life. The episode ends with the drug cartel, upset that Constantine is interfering with their business, making a major move against Constantine - and everyone he knows.

As the whole world collapses around her, it's up to Grace to step up and negotiate a truce with the drug cartel on behalf of Constantine while simultaneously dealing with long-buried family secrets that have surfaced amidst the chaos.
