After destroying the Xindi weapon, Enterprise is on its way to Earth. Unable to make contact with Starfleet, Shuttlepod One is sent to the surface, only to be fired upon by P-51 Mustangs. Meanwhile Captain Archer is captured by German soldiers under the leadership of a red-eyed alien. Something is definitely wrong here. Enterprise seems stuck in World War Two. It gets even stranger when Reed finds out this is not World War Two as we know it; he hears reports of battles in Virginia and Ohio. Then Enterprise is suddenly visited by two familiar beings. Crewman Daniels, the time traveler, has severely aged and is about to die. Suliban Silik tries to steal a shuttle.

He is armed with a PPT, a 3-button weapon that can render a man unconscious or send a man to the 22nd century. He has a computer named Selma, disguised as a credit card. Selma helps him to capture the fugitives, for she has access to various databases, and can make logical conclusions. She has also many other functions. The main criminal is Mo Sahmbi, who invented the time machine (TRAX) and helped the criminals to get away. Lambert cannot go to the 22nd century until he has captured all the fugitives.

The Sentinel

After his helicopter was shot down and his Army Special Forces team lost, sole survivor James Ellison spent eighteen months in the Peruvian jungle living with the Chopec. Five years later, Ellison is now a police detective assigned to the Major Crime unit in Cascade, Washington. Ellison developed hyperactive senses during his time in the jungle, which went away after his return to the US. While on stakeout in a remote forest area his heightened senses abruptly return. He can see people in darkened windows at night from two hundred yards, hear the music playing on the radio of the car he's chasing after he's lost sight of it, and can distinguish between wood and plastic after both have been in a three thousand degree fire. Blair Sandburg, a PhD candidate in Anthropology at Rainier University, tells Ellison that he is a "Sentinel," who in ancient tribes would protect the village and seek out game using such hyperactive senses. Sandburg becomes Ellison's back-watcher/Guide and teaches him how to use his powers as Ellison brings a whole new edge to the war on crime in Cascade, Washington.

To take his mind off his divorce, antimatter physicist Gus Lloyd started programming an action video game where he was the hero, his ex-wife Lauren Ashborne was the sidekick, and they would fight Sebastian Jackal, a Satanic figure who wanted to destroy the world with an army of thugs, based on the people who made Gus' life a living hell. The antimatter experiments Gus and his friend Peter Rucker were running went haywire, reading the game's villain file and sending them into the real world to act out their programming. Gus, Lauren, and Peter are then forced to play the game for real.

Bartok and his associate, Ramos, convince Pratt to assume the Legend persona while supplying him with Legend-like futuristic gadgets that they invent. Together, Bartok and the reluctant Pratt (as Legend), adventure throughout the west solving mysteries, capturing wrong-doers, and even making scientific discoveries.
