Series host Jim McMullen, a veteran trainer of high school, college, and professional cheerleaders, presided over a two-week session of intensive training with 15 potential pom-pom girls. If nothing else, the series was a veritable encyclopedia of "inside" cheerleading terminology and health-and-fitness advice. Camp Jim shouted its first "rah-rah-yay-team" on October 13, 2003.
