Season 6 of the comedy series starts with Nick (Jake Johnson) coming back from his trip to New Orleans with Reagan (guest star Megan Fox). Jess (Zooey Deschanel), having rediscovered her romantic feelings for Nick, has trouble speaking in his presence and tries picking up the weirdest hobbies just to avoid him. Meanwhile, Cece (Hannah Simone) and Schmidt (Max Greenfield) are on the hunt for a house, without much luck, and Winston (Lamorne Morris) and Aly's (Nasim Pedrad) relationship is blossoming, possibly headed to marriage. As the season goes on, relationships between the five friends are tested by politics, families and unrequited feelings.
