Season 3 of the reality series featuring the Appalachian Investigators of Mysterious Sightings hunting mythical creatures has a recurrent theme: Bigfoot. The entire season sees the West Virginian hunters travel to locations where one of the many different Bigfoots supposedly lives, including places they already visited in previous seasons. As the hunters investigate the various sightings, tensions rise amongst the ranks: After a few close calls, some people start thinking of leaving the team and this difficult life behind.
