The show revolves around Joaquin, who belongs to a rich family, and Chichay, a poor girl. They meet during childhood and become friends but it ends abruptly as Chichay's family moves to another province and Joaquin meets with a near-fatal accident. Joaquin grows up feeling different due to his brain injury and coincidently, Chichay is hired as his nanny.
