Bowling alley worker Amy tells Callum, her psychiatrist, of her belief that she can identify the demonically possessed. Seeing a likely suspect she is pursued but rescued by Raquel, a ferocious girl with a similar gift, whilst the fleeing demon is run over and killed by Amy's friend Suzanne. Unfortunately the demon transfers itself to Suzanne and the girls' efforts to exorcise her fail horribly. On the way they meet a friendly demon though Amy is unaware that a potential friend could be a powerful enemy.
