With radio silence from Greg (Santino Fontana) and Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III) a single man, it seems as though Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) will finally get the chance to rekindle her relationship with Josh, but does Josh feel the same way? Things get complicated when Greg reveals where he's been and Rebecca has to decide which man she is meant to be with. Paula (Donna Lynne Champlin) is faced with a big decision that causes tension in her marriage and she begins to feel left out when Rebecca makes new friends. When Josh starts dating someone new, Rebecca pairs up with an unlikely ally and discovers that they have more in common than she thought. Season 2 of this musical comedy-drama also stars Pete Gardner, Vella Lovell, and Gabrielle Ruiz.
