Following the tumultuous events of season 2, this third season sees the group move into an old dilapidated guest house in Barry Island, South Wales. A change of scenery doesn't solve all their problems however, and it soon becomes clear that Mitchell in particular, can run but he can't hide. Also this season, Annie finds herself trapped in purgatory, and two self-styled vampire hunters, MacNair (Robson Green) and Tom (Michael Socha) appear on the scene ready to cause havoc.
