Beauty and the Beast

A demoted, by-the-book detective who lives on a boat with his cat, and a charismatic con woman on probation who lives with her butler, are offered the chance to redeem themselves. The catch? They have to find a way to work together each using their unique skills to solve crimes.

After many years in a sheltered rich-boy life, Oliver Queen is stranded on an island after his father's yacht crashes and must learn to survive on his own. Five years later he is found alive and well after he was presumed to be dead. After he returns to his hometown of Starling City, he begins his crusade to rid it of nasty villains, drug dealers, mob bosses, and criminals by becoming an arrow-shooting vigilante.

Barry Allen was struck by lightning and fell into a coma. When he awakens from it 9 months later, he meets Cisco Ramon, Harrison Wells, and Caitlin Snow, and later he realizes that he that he has powers and how it had been caused by the explosion of the particle accelerator.

The series is set 97 years after a devastating nuclear war wiped out almost all life on Earth. The only known survivors are the residents of twelve space stations in Earth's orbit prior to the war. The space stations banded together to form a single massive station named "The Ark", where about 2,400 people live. Resources are scarce and all crimes no matter their nature or severity are punishable by death ("floating") unless the perpetrator is under 18 years of age. After the Ark's life support systems are found to be critically failing, one hundred juvenile prisoners are declared "expendable" and sent to the surface in a last ditch attempt to determine if Earth is habitable again. The teens arrive on a beautiful planet they have only seen from space. Confronting the dangers of this rugged new world, they struggle to form a tentative community. However they discover that not all humanity was wiped out. There are people on Earth who survived the war, called "grounders" by the 100. The Ark consists of the space stations previously representing the nations of the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, China, Japan, India, Russia, Venezuela, France, Brazil, and Uganda.

Annie and Dixon Wilson move from Kansas to the very wealthy area of Beverly Hills and begin to attend the famed West Beverly High School in the 90210 zip code. They quickly encounter queen bee Naomi, rebel Silver, troubled Adrianna, and others as the drama unfolds in "90210".

Rachel Bilson plays Dr. Zoe Hart, a New Yorker who, after her dreams of becoming a heart surgeon fall apart, accepts an offer to work as a general practitioner in the Gulf Coast town of Bluebell, Alabama.
