: Vincent and Catherine are heading to couples therapy!
Beasties should get excited!
Just as Beauty and the Beast's Catherine and Vincent got their (short-lived) happy ending, so did the show with a last-minute renewal. "[Our fans] were so happy and I'm happy for them," Kristin Kreuk tells TVGuide.com. "They're so excited; it's awesome." When we last saw Catherine (Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) in the March midseason finale, they had reunited and everything seemed perfect — until they awoke to cops at their door arresting Vincent for murder. Monday's summer premiere (9/8c, The CW) picks up immediately with Catherine springing into action to not only get Vincent released, but find out who was behind the set-up. Read on for more from the show's star about the upcoming episodes. Returning shows: Where we left off
Beauty and the Beast's Catherine was given an ultimatum, but it seems she won't stay away from Vincent very long. At the end of last week's episode, Gabe (Sendhil Ramamurthy) told Cat (Kristin Kreuk) that if their relationship was going to work, she'd have to cut Vincent (Jay Ryan) from her life — even as a friend. But they have an even bigger problem on their hands with Sam (Tom Everett Scott), who's on the hunt to find other people from Gabe's orphanage and inject them with the J.T.'s beast serum.Exclusive Beauty and the Beast Video: J.T. is locked up with Tom Everett Scott
J.T. has been kidnapped, but he's not alone. On Monday's Beauty and the Beast (9/8c, The CW), Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) are forced to work together, yet again, to save an abducted J.T. (Austin Basis). But J.T. isn't locked up alone. In a nearby cell is a stranger, played by recurring guest star Tom Everett Scott, who's clearly been in isolation for a very long time.
