The Night They Raided Minsky's
Rachel arrives in New York from her Amish community intent on becoming a dancer. Unfortunately, Billy Minsky's Burlesque is hardly the place for her Dances From The Bible. But the show's comedian Raymond sees a way of wrong-footing the local do-gooders by announcing the new Paris sensation, "Madame Fifi," and putting on Rachel's performance as the place is raided. All too complicated, the more so since her father is scouring the city for her and both Raymond and his straight-man Chick are falling for Rachel.

Tarzan's Revenge
In Africa to collect specimens for zoos Roger and Penny Reed, their daughter Eleanor and her fiancé Nevin Potter are led by the corrupt guide Olaf Punch who is in the pay of the local ruler Ben Alleu Bey. Tarzan rescues Eleanor when she becomes trapped in a mud pit. No one will believe her story of a white man who came to her rescue however. When a lioness tries to free her captured cubs, Tarzan is again forced to save Eleanor and then also frees the animals that have so far been captured. Punch has been payed to deliver Eleanor to Ben Alleu Bey to get the girl for him and when she is taken captive by tribesmen loyal to Alleu Bey, Tarzan has to save her one last time.

In New York's 1880's newspaper district a dedicated journalist manages to set up his own paper. It is an immediate success but attracts increasing opposition from one of the bigger papers and its newspaper heiress owner. Despite the fact he rather fancies the lady the newsman perseveres with the help of the first Linotype machine, invented on his premises, while also giving a hand with getting the Statue of Liberty erected.

Cattleman Gene Autry (Gene Autry) is elected mayor of Quartz City, a roaring California gold camp in 1859, and he and his pal, Marshal Breezie Larrabee (Pat Buttram), set out to tame and clean up the town. They start by ousting crooked Tod Rawlings (Harry Lauter) and his gambling hall hostess Bee Laverne (Christine Larson). Gene beats back an attempt by Rawlings to kidnap an incoming caravan of women whose presence in the town will hasten the progress of law and order. One of the arrives, Laurie (Gail Davis), is attracted to Steve Kincaid (Russell Hayden), a con-man working for Rawlings, but she turns against him when she learns of the association. The Rawlings gang makes a last-ditch effort to take over the town.
