Since Miss Bianca and Bernard have successfully rescued Penny from Madame Medusa, the two have been making plans for their future. Bernard plans on asking Miss Bianca to marry him, but his plans on purposing to his girlfriend are soon delayed when the two receive a distress call from an 6 year old boy named Cody, who has been protecting a rare golden eagle and her eggs from a murderous poacher named Percival C. McLeach, who is wanted by the rangers for killing Marahute's mate and wants to know the location of the rare eagle, he kidnaps Cody in order to get Marahute's location from him. Miss Bianca and Bernard head to the Australian Outback with Wilbur, the brother of Orville, to save Cody and Marahute from McLeach.
