Willow Smith will be performing her hit single "Whip My Hair" on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest, People reports. The 10-year-old daughter of actors Will and Jada Pinkett Smith released her recording debut on Oct. 26, peaking at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.
