One down. Nine more teams to go. On Monday's all-new episode of Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls (9/8c, NBC), the remaining nine teams must face the jagged terrain in New Zealand to top a cliff. But much like the hobbits in the Lord of the Rings films, the competitors find that this adventure isn't merely uncomfortable — it's exhausting!

Ready for a double dose of feline trouble? On Saturday's My Cat From Hell (8/7c, Animal Planet), Jackson Galaxy has his hands full with some hairy hellions. First, there's Sherin and her cat Gus, a very, very vocal Bengal cat. Gus' constant nighttime yowling keeps her awake. Check out the clip below to see how Sherin's dad feels about Gus:

Gen. Donovan just wants the Sixth Precinct to do its job -- is that so wrong? On Sunday's all-new episode of Copper (10/9c, BBC America), a cop killer is on the loose, and Donovan (Donal Logue) is taking the matter to heart. "

Watch your back, Corky! On Sunday's all-new Copper (10/9c, BBC America), we see Corcoran (Tom Weston-Jones) seemingly late to the wedding of Elizabeth Haverford and Robert Morehouse (Anastasia Griffith, Kyle Schmid).

Forget Survivor. Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls will be the true test of mental and physical endurance on TV. NBC's new adventure-reality competition series featuring former Man vs. Wild host Bear Grylls kicks off in July and will pit 10 teams of two against each other to see who has the best survival skills. Expect grueling conditions. Expect danger. Expect tears. Don't expect mercy.

"Be a part of it or get the hell out!" On the new season of Copper (Sunday, 10/9c, BBC America), Brigadier General Brendan Donovan (Donal Logue) makes a strong first impression when he returns to Five Points after the Civil War to really clean up the sex, drugs and violence in the area. For our copper, Det. Kevin Corcoran ...

So you think you can defy gravity? After surviving the tearful Green Mile episode Tuesday, So You Think You Can Dance's Top 20 finalists celebrated with a colorful photo shoot in Los Angeles. PHOTOS: Get to know SYTYCD's Top 20 -- Who can't cook? Who love Lil Wayne? Using a combination of stop-motion, freeze-frames and multiple cameras, a video of the shoot captures the dancers mid-air, making what they do best look even more impossible. And how about Nico's splits? Ouch!

Game of Thrones' Season 3 finale revealed yet another side to Tywin Lannister: politician, father and... wedding planner? That's right. Tywin (Charles Dance) is the mastermind behind the Red Wedding, aka the gruesome ambush and massacre of the Starks.

After Game of Thrones' recent Red Wedding massacre, competition for the Iron Throne just got fiercer.Who's left to fight the good fight? And will one of our heroes actually declare victory? Only George R.R. Martin, who wrote the books on which the HBO series is based, truly knows which of his characters, if any, will indeed sit upon that bloody, uncomfortable throne when his seven-book series is completed. But until then, we can catch the season finale Sunday (9/8c, HBO) and debate the leadership potential of who's left alive (RIP, Robb Stark!). Here's TVGuide.com's list of the most throne-worthy candidates, with some input by the cast:

[SPOILERS! The following contains information from Game of Thrones' "The Rains of Castamere" episode. Read at your own risk!] Having a tough time coping with Game of Thrones' literal and emotional ambush? You're not alone.

Would you pledge your allegiance to House Stark or House Lannister? Not everyone can be born to a noble house, and therefore Game of Thrones bannermen (and we peon-like fans) must align with the bigger, more powerful players. And while the Tyrells, Greyjoys, Baratheons and Targaryens have made some bold moves, the Lannisters and the Starks are the two main houses that are currently dividing Westerosi loyalties on HBO's fantasy drama (airing Sundays at 9/8c).

[Warning: The following contains spoilers from Grimm's Season 2 finale. Read at your own risk!] Happy endings will have to wait until another season on Grimm. On Tuesday's finale...

Get your appetite ready for a double-sized portion of MasterChef. Fox's culinary competition for home cooks returns Wednesday at 8/7c with a two-hour audition episode. Untrained food enthusiasts will bring their signature dishes to the panel of judges -- Gordon Ramsay, Graham Elliot and Joe Bastianich -- for a chance to earn a coveted white apron. The last cook standing after all the mystery box challenges and pressure tests will win a...

New additions to the family are a tricky thing on Game of Thrones. On Sunday's episode, both Tyrion and Daenerys welcomed new members into their respective families. But while Daenerys acquired a strong and charismatic follower, Tyrion's fan club was sorely lacking. Who else felt the love? Who felt the loathing? TVGuide.com breaks down the power shifts in "Second Sons":

[Warning: The following contains spoilers from the Season 7 finale of Doctor Who. If you haven't watched yet, read no further or we'll be forced to sic our memory worm on you.] One mystery down, and an infinite number more to go on Doctor Who.

Finally, we'll uncover the mystery of the Impossible Girl. On Saturday's finale of Doctor Who (8/7c, BBC America), Clara (Jenna-Louise Coleman) is called into action when the creepy Whisper Men kidnap Victorian pals Vastra, Jenny and Strax (Neve McIntosh, Catrin Stewart, Dan Starkey). In order to save his friends, the Doctor (Matt Smith) must venture towards the one place that no Timelord should go because it could undo everything in his past, present and future.

Third time's the charm for American Idol's Season 12 champ. Candice Glover's victory on the reality singing competition show Thursday night comes after two major setbacks. She had previously auditioned in Season 9 and 11 and even made it to the Hollywood rounds, where she was then eliminated. She came back again in Season 12 and this time, made it to the very end. Check out all the new fall shows! "I always knew for some reason that it would happen if I kept going," she told reporters backstage after the finale. "At some point I said, 'American Idol obviously doesn't want me, so why would I go back?' But I found myself on the website, looking at auditions again and being determined. I just couldn't stay away." Check out Candice's other thoughts on: Her winning moment "I'm still trying to process the whole thing.

All the American Idol judges performed on Thursday night's finale... except for Nicki Minaj. On a night chock-full of performances, including Korean pop sensation Psy and Aretha Franklin via satellite, the "Superbass" singer's absence from the stage was conspicuous. The omission wasn't a snub though.

"BURN IN HELL!!!" Screaming such murderous rage is all in a day's work for Game of Thrones' Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, aka the angriest girl in Westeros. "When I read [that line] in the script, it was like, 'Ah, I'm moving up! I've got capital letters and a few exclamation marks,'" Williams tells TVGuide.com.

Expect talent and emotion, but don't expect huge changes for So You Think You Can Dance Season 10. Although this is a landmark season for Fox's reality dance competition show, which kicks off its special two-night premiere Tuesday at 8/7c, executive producer Nigel Lythgoe doesn't want to mess with the winning formula that got them this far. "We don't need to [change]. The dancers bring the changes," he says. "The dancers are the ones that create the magic for this series, not the format. It's the talent. And again, this season, Season 10, the talent is magnificent." It's unclear, therefore, whether So You Think You Can Dance will revert back to its usual two-night performance and elimination format or continue with the combined one-night format of Season 9. Similarly, Fox has yet to announce which all-stars will return to pair up with this season's lucky finalists. But focus on the format or familiar faces isn't what the show is all about, and former contestant, frequent all-star and first-time guest judge Stephen "tWitch" Boss sums up the emotional impact of the show. "You never get tired of falling in love with a new person and watching their growth through the weeks of going through a show," he says. "You can't beat that."Check out 10 things we can expect from So You Think You Can Dance's 10th season:

Game of Thrones is usually all about the lions (Lannisters) annoying the wolves (Starks), but this time, a different furry animal joined the fray. On Sunday's episode, Brienne got up close and personal with a bear as part of her Harrenhal welcoming gift (a muffin basket would have sufficed!). But she escaped relatively unscathed, which is more than we can say for Theon's fate at the hands of his gleeful torturer. Who else struggled? Who triumphed? TVGuide.com breaks down the power shifts in "The Bear and the Maiden Fair":
