After 20 years apart, the members of '90s girl group Xscape reunite and make their return to the stage with two sold-out shows in Detroit and several other performances. Season 1 chronicles the struggles of the four women as they put aside their own individual careers to make a comeback as a group. Kandi, now a successful songwriter, must deal with sharing the spotlight with others; Tiny, who hjas put her family above everything else, is finally ready to relaunch her career; LaTocha just wants to be a superstar once again; Tamika is trying to go back to her roots and to the beginnings of her career.
