Barry and Garry run a pub in the West End of London. Each week their friend, certified cockney geezer Dodgy Phil, comes up with scheme to attract more punters. For example, turning the pub into a Michael Caine-themed restaurant, or making it a pub-cum-bookshop. Usually this ends in disaster and the pub is destroyed. Dodgy's idea to turn the pub into a sports pub backfires when they get into a rivalry with local sports pub king Needles. The only way to settle things is a drinking competition, but how will Garry ever win?

Bookshops are the new pubs, so Dodgy Phil arranges for the pub to be converted into a bookshop. And when internationally acclaimed actress Julia Robbins turns up, Dodgy tries to turn the situation to their advantage.

All things Sixties are in vogue, and the pub becomes one of the swingingest places in London. The up and coming band The Cockneys are booked to play there, but can Barry and Garry cope with a swarm of teenage girls?

When the boys decide to turn their pub into a restaurant, they need a celebrity name to help promote it, so they use the ultimate Cockney name - Michael Caine. But trouble starts when the real Michael Caine finds out.

When the pub is destroyed by rampaging football fans, the boys get a visit from Lovely Susan, who convinces them to build a new pub for ladies. It seems to be a great success, but Dodgy thinks something dodgy is going on...
