Ten celebrities, paired with professional ice skaters and mentored by two of the best ice dancers around, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, perform their opening routines.

With two couples forced to pull out due to injury, the remaining eight couples have to include a cross-roll in their routines, and the two couples with the lowest combined scores compete in a skate-off after which the judges vote for the couple they want to save.

The remaining seven couples have to include a lunge-step sequence in their routines, and the two couples with the lowest combined scores compete in a skate-off, but a last-minute twist affects the result and spares the judges from a vote.

Las Vegas Special
The remaining six couples have to include a three-jump in their routines, and the two couples with the lowest combined scores compete in a skate-off after which the judges vote for the couple they want to save.

Grand Finale
The last two celebrities standing - Karl Stefanovic and Jake Wall - together with their partners must dance their interpretation of 'Bolero' - the routine made famous by Torvill and Dean. The ultimate winner, as decided by a public vote, was model Jake Wall and his partner.
