Over seven heats and a finale this knock-out business challenge pits small scale artisan food producers against each other. They'll be offered the opportunity to take over a specialist food shop to sell and show off their finely crafted produce. The winning grub from each of the seven heats returns for a thrilling finale, where one will be crowned 'Best in Shop'.
