He intends to steal more than $30 million in black-ops funds from a plane bound for Colombia while it's in flight. Meanwhile, Vincent arrives in New Orleans to get the Chinese mob's money back from Nick's crew, and Tammi makes arrangements to move to Hawaii to be with her biological father.
