Deep in the heart of South Wales, in the quiet and picturesque rolling countryside known as 'The Valleys', nine youngsters dream of a life of stardom, limousines, flashing paparazzi bulbs and adoring fans. Unfortunately it's going to take a small miracle to become the next Tom Jones, Catherine Zeta-Jones or erm, Steve Jones. From Rhymney to Tonyrefail and Tredegar, stuck in humdrum and unexciting jobs, these kids have big career ambitions beyond Wales. Brand new show The Valleys plucks them from obscurity and thrusts them into the limelight, where they live in a house kitted out with a cutch-hut and cameras, to see if they succeed amidst the hustle and bustle of Cardiff city. With bosses Jordan and AK acting as mentors to guide them and keep them on the straight and narrow, the group are shown the ropes in order to help them realise their dreams. For some of them, this is their first move away from home and their close-knit family and friends. But with a plush pad, new housemates and a dazzling city as their playground, will our boys and girls' penchant for a party and pulling distract them from their goals?

The cast return to the house in Cardiff, and on their first night out Carley gets cosy with the butler, Jack. The next day they get a shock as they find out Jack is their new housemate, and the girls go all out to compete for his attention. Has a jealous Chidgey met his match? Jason accidentally tells Natalee that Anthony recently cheated on her in Australia leaving her doubting their relationship. With Carley, Jenna and Lateysha all flirting with Jack, it's Jenna that catches his eye. Nicole returns to the house but is disappointed when no one answers the door.

Chidgey and Jack have their hands full with a hen party bus tour of the valleys. Jason has to fight off the advances of Lateysha but it's war not love that consumes Natalee and Anthony.

It's the first Valleywood night of the tour and the kids from South Wales hit the main streets of Liverpool. Jack and Laytesha join forces with Carley and Jason as they drum up publicity for the big night. Jordan introduces a special guest and Laytesha is over the moon to be reunited with her best friend. But all goes pear-shaped when Laytesha's performance is upstaged and Carley is rushed to hospital in an ambulance.

After the carnage in Liverpool the kids are back in Cardiff. With Lateysha and Nicole at loggerheads, Jordan calls a meeting to make peace. Carley thinks she's falling for Chidgey again.

It's the second night of the Valleywood tour, and this time the kids take on Bristol. After a successful night, the old problems between Lateysha, Nicole and Jenna resurface.

Jenna celebrates her 23rd birthday. Jack makes up with Lateysha and after a food fight with the boys, asks her on a date. Chidgey's left put out as Carley pulls boys left, right and centre.

It's a week of coming together as Chidgey asks Carley to be his girlfriend. rejected Jack seeks comfort in the arms of another and Valleywood Night ends in disaster with an onstage love fest.

The Valleywood tour is over. Jack tries to organise a party fit for a queen in order to win Layteshas heart, before everyone says goodbye and heads back to the Valleys.
