Deacon Frye, head of the First Community Church of Philadelphia, is trying to keep everything in his church firmly under control. But his new assistant, Reverend Reuben Gregory, has some very different ideas of how to do things. The parishioners, seeing that the best path probably lies between the two, play the two squabbling men off each other to keep things on a more or less even keel. Adding to the fray is the Deacon's daughter Thelma, who becomes attracted to the new Reverend.

After years of being seen via VHS and DVD, Bob the Tomato, Larry the Cucmber, and their friends come to TV. Every week Bob invites us to his house where he and the gang answer letters from kids and help them with their problems using their fun and sometimes wacky stories.

On the planet of Discworld it is the eve of Hogwatch, the time when the Hogfather visits all the homes in the land and delivers presents to all the children. This year, however, there may be a slight hitch: a mysterious group, The Auditors, has hired the Guild of Assassins to kill Hogfather. Sensing the disruption this will cause, Death steps in for Hogfather in delivering presents.
