Father and son Dick Strawbridge and James Strawbridge sail around the coast of Cornwall by ship visiting local food producers, inviting them on board at the end of each edition to compete to see who cooks the best dish.

Episode 1

Mevagissey

Dick and James embark on another culinary journey along Britain's coastline. In the Cornish village of Mevagissey they fish for conger eels, roll sushi and explore the Lost Gardens of Heligan. They hold the first competitive dinner.

Episode 2

Fowey

The Strawbridge's sail into Fowey, Cornwall, where they harvest bananas at the Eden Project, go fishing in the dark for sea trout and try potting clotted cream, they then enjoy dinner on-board with friends they have met along the way.

Episode 3

Lostwithiel

The duo visit Lostwithiel, Cornwall, where they harvest rope-grown mussels with a local fisherman. Dick visits a brewery, James makes traditional Cornish biscuits. They reunite to use a hot stone cooker and sear beef for their guests.

Looe

The duo arrive in Looe, Cornwall, where they bid for the day's catch at a fish auction and cycle to a nearby smallholding to trim an alpaca's toenails. Dick discovers local cheese, the Cornish Blue, while James prepares his own mustard.

Cremyll

The duo visit Cremyll in south-east Cornwall, where they help a woman move an enormous pig ark. They meet a cordial maker who forages all her ingredients. Back on the Morwenna, they anticipate their next stop - the Channel Islands.
