The Johnstons are an average American family of seven pursuing the American dream. However, this is no ordinary family: All seven Johnstons are little people. Dad Trent and mom Amber have five kids under age 16, all with Achondroplasia Dwarfism. Jonah and Elizabeth are their biological kids, and they have adopted Anna, Alex, and Emma.

The Slaton's are larger-than-life sisters who have always relied on each other and food for support. Amy, age 31, is desperate to have children, but hasn't been able to due to her weight. While Tammy, age 32, is one step away from being bedridden.

Secretly critiqued behind a two-way mirror by a jury of their peers, each offender is sentenced to undergo a dramatic makeover transformation. Style experts Louise Roe and Preston Konrad help each woman find new and improved versions of themselves, inside and out.

Men and women, all of whom weigh at least 600 pounds, undergo gastric-bypass surgery. The series follows the changes in their weight and in their lives over a year.

Follow couples who have an existing relationship online, but haven't met in person. We'll experience their journey as they travel to the other's foreign country for the first time in an attempt to establish an in-person relationship and start the K-1 visa process.

Matt & Amy Roloff enlist the help of their four children Jeremy, Zack, Molly & Jacob to help expand the business of Roloff farms. As the kids grow older, the family grows larger and the Roloffs learn how to keep their family relationships strong.
