Revolutionary War adventure focusing on real-life South Carolina patriot Francis Marion, a role Mel Gibson re-created some four decades later in 'The Patriot.' Two series (eight episodes in all) aired on 'Walt Disney Presents,' one in 1959, the other in 1960-61, but it didn't come close to matching the success of Disney's Davy Crockett series. Written by TV action veteran Lewis R. Foster ('The Adventures of Jim Bowie,' 'Zorro'). Star Leslie Nielsen also sang the theme song.

Bat Masterson is an American Western television series which showed a fictionalized account of the life of real-life marshal/gambler/dandy Bat Masterson. The title character was played by Gene Barry and the half-hour black-and-white shows ran on NBC from 1958 to 1961. The series was produced by Ziv Television Productions, the company responsible for such hit series as Sea Hunt and Highway Patrol.
The series follows 14-year-old Emma Alonso, as she moves to Miami and her life turns upside-down. Not only does she discover that she is a witch, she also has a crush on the boy next door, Daniel. But Daniel's ex-girlfriend Maddie, who is an 'evil witch' and leader of the school clique the 'Panthers', is still willing to fight for the boy she loves.

An FBI Missing Persons Unit in Manhattan races the clock to crack cases by learning as much as possible about people who may have been kidnapped, taken their own lives or simply wanted to disappear. A photo of an actual missing individual is shown at the end of each episode with instructions for viewers to contact a local FBI office with information on the person's whereabouts.
